The place seems to be one big dust bowl full of drug growers, drug addicts, pedophiles and crazies. Why risk our troops, aid workers, etc. on the place when we could just dispose of some of the nuclear stockpile and turn the whole place to glass?

What Newt said could easily be applied this side of the pond too. Tolerance has to work both ways. In any relationship if one party is only ever giving and the other party only ever taking then something is seriously wrong and you have to question the point in all the concessions, eventually drawing a line and refusing to go any further.

Quote Its the way I you ask them. Even SteveO thought you were a prick at one time. I still need convincing. defense,i never thought rtw was a prick..........i said i thought he used to pick fights, just so everybody knows.......my biggest problem ever with him was he used to make a so called very good friend of mine look really silly w/o even trying, but when i took out my friendship emotion out of the equation i realized was just having conversation i understand that you want to "get your friends back" and thats cool,i respect that,i also dont expect you both to become best friends forever by tomorrow evening........but what i do see is that both of you are prolly real good people in the real world just trying to the right thing every day but you both havent walked a mile in each others shoes,so the frustration comes through |

It probably just came down to money. Even if he does develop, by that time it'll be time for another huge contract. The real problem with Leinart is his lack of focus.

RIP Mr. Schimmel
Quote Standup comic Robert Schimmel, a frequent guest on Howard Stern's radio show, has died after suffering serious injuries in a car accident. He was 60. Schimmel's spokesman, Howard Bragman, said Schimmel died Friday evening in a Phoenix hospital. Schimmel was a passenger Aug. 26 in a car driven by his 19-year-old daughter Aliyah. Bragman said Aliyah Schimmel swerved to avoid another car and the vehicle she was driving rolled to the side of the freeway. Bragman said she is hospitalized in stable condition. The site also says the comedian learned a lot about "life, attitude and laughter" following his cancer fight and the loss of a child. He also had two failed marriages.

Quote Other efforts around 9/11 aim to fight bigotry. Muslims will clean parks, feed the homeless, and give toys to sick children as part of Muslim Serve, a national campaign to demonstrate Islamic commitment to serving humanity. Great! How about a statement denouncing terrorism? Heck, what about joining the fight against Islamic terrorism and help put an end to bigotry towards muslims? |
